  Noble Nanny will deliver candidates based on your family criteria, geographic location, and your childrens profile. Your Nanny will be thoroughly screened in person not over the phone. We utilize professional background and search services.
  
• What makes a good Nanny?
  
  The formula is twofold. A Nanny and a family have to fit together in order to be "good". This is why Noble Nanny's process of screening and interviewing, both family and caregiver, is required.
  
  
• Is Noble Nanny insured?
  
  Yes, we are fully insured by the state of New Jersey and member of BBB.
  
  
• Why should potential clients trust Noble Nanny?

• Where do our Nannies come from?
  
  
• We do not specialize in one specific country. Through our referrals our nannies come from all countries. Their ages run anywhere from 18-60 years old.
  
  
• How quickly can we place a Nanny?
  
  
• Noble Nanny provides referrals once we receive the family
  application. It is entirely up to the family as to how soon they hire a
  Nanny. Noble Nanny has one of the largest pools of Nannies and
  Housekeepers available in the area.
  
  
• Is there a fee to the Nanny?
  
  
• There is no fee to the Nanny. The family pays.
  
  
• What geographic region do you cover?
