Probably the best way to get started is to talk to other parents about who baby sits their children. Keep in mind that while a baby sitting course is good it doesn´t mean that the person is qualified to look after an infant. The baby sitter should be aware of overall safety, basic first aid and general rules. Once you found an idyllic baby sitter it is necessary to develop a reliable information package you can leave for the sitter.
