A mother´s helps are not nannies and normally aged within 20.Mother´s help have with or without experience in child care. Parents can´t expected to take full responsibility for the children unless they take occasional only charge of older children. They will assist the parents with childcare and housekeeping. They work under the supervision of the parents. Salary depends on age and experience of the mother´s help.
