When arranging for a babysitter, peace of mind is important. You are intended to employ the complete stranger, before employ you have to run an exhaustive check on the babysitter. Assumption about the babysitter is not enough; we have to ask for references from the previous employers and ask what ages of children have you looked after before? Ask about her background and you can gauge her trustworthiness in this initial stage, from her responses and her comfort level in providing you with the answers.
