Housekeepers

Housekeepers are senior nurses they run hospital wards to help patients. They support the delivery of clinical care by ensuring the ward is a clean, safe and attractive place, conducive to patient care.

They coordinate a range of ward services such as cleaning, catering and maintaining the environment and equipment. They may also coordinate the clerical, transport and linen services.

There are no set minimum requirements, although previous experience in the hotels or in health care sectors is required.
