Live in Nanny

In today world with an ever-increasing aging population and couples opting to care for their elderly parents, a live-in nanny can be an excellent solution for one-on-one care. In this case, a nursing background is helpful. In fact, a live-in-nanny can be a great alternative to daycare. For your live-in nanny, you will need to provide a private bedroom, a private bathroom, cable or satellite TV in the bedroom and a private phone. Obviously, she should be trustworthy, loving and efficient. Be sure to not only check references but also her experience in caring for children the same age as your child. During the interview process, note her personality and look for demonstrations that she will care about your children's needs and your requirements.
