Compensation for Babysitter

Compensation for babysitter varies from one part of the country to another, so verify the charge with a few local parents. Do not pay more amounts for babysitter. For example, the hourly rate for child caring in Columbus, Ohio, can run between $5 and $9 for one child, while the rate in Boston is upwards of $8 to $12. You will pay more if they offering special diet or other needs, or if you have three or more kids. If paying more would not guarantee a better babysitter.

Your sitter comes with good qualification and experience; you should do a thorough interview and ask for several recent references about the sitter performance. During interview discuss the sitter experience, and ask about her activity in the supposed situations. Very important to listen the sitters gut during the critical situation.
