Written description helps avoid problems with housekeepers

From the starting, being opened with housekeepers regarding expectations is the key for skipping the kinds of messes even Mr. Clean can't handle. The best housekeepers are not only trustworthy but also hardworking people who seem to care about your house. You can even set the tone for that relationship same as the client. Always begin with a written job description that might include, for instance, who will provide what cleaning products and supplies, and whether there are rules governing such issues as houseguests or sick days. Bredenberg says there are two kinds of housekeepers. Both the kinds have different considerations and the first option is a housecleaning company and the downside is you're not going to know the people.
