On Thursday, Los Angeles police appealed for the public's help for finding out a man who moved toward nannies on two separate occasions at a San Fernando Valley park as well as asked to purchase babies in their care. And the Los Angeles Police Department Lt. Paul Vernon said in this week, both of the occurrences took place at Encino Park near Genesta Avenue as well as Ventura Boulevard. Vernon said "This sort of performance is rather abnormal and we would like to spot this man as soon as possible." On Monday at 2:30 p.m., the man walked up to a nanny who was looming the park swing set offered to buy the baby in her care, Vernon said. He added that on Tuesday, the nanny saw the man approaching a different baby sitter, who was caring for another child. And the woman learned that he had made a similar offer to the other nanny when the man walked out.
